Privacy Policy

1. Data collected
When you fill out a form (contact, appointment, suitability test), we collect: name, email, phone, free message and contact preferences. When you browse the site, we also record anonymized information (truncated IP address, browser, pages viewed) via our statistics tool.

2. Purposes
This data is used only to: (a) respond to your requests; (b) schedule an appointment; (c) improve our services and site security.

3. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or on the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Cookies
We only use cookies necessary for the operation of the site and audience measurement (self-hosted Matomo). You can disable them in your browser settings.

5. Retention period
Form data is kept for 24 months and then deleted or anonymized. Technical logs are kept for 14 days.

6. Recipients
Your data is never sold. It may be processed by our technical providers (hosting, e-mail) bound by confidentiality agreements and located in Switzerland or the EU.

7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing. Send your request to secretariat@easylaser.ch.
